Directions from Orlando International Airport
Finding your way to Southern Dunes from Orlando Airport is a breeze.
- Take Hwy 417 South from the airport
- Connect with Interstate 4; head West toward Tampa
- Take Exit 55 and take Hwy 27 South for about 8 miles
- Southern Dunes is located on the left hand side of the highway, just after the WalMart Superstore
Driving Directions from Tampa Airport
- Head toward Interstate 275 and travel East toward Orlando
- Join Interstate 4 and continue to travel East toward Orlando
- Leave Interstate 4 at junction 55 (Signposted Highway 27 to Haines City) and travel South toward Haines City
- Approximately 8 miles from Interstate 4 you will reach a set of traffic lights with a WalMart Superstore on the left hand side
- Turn left at the light, proceed straight ahead and you will reach the gatehouse at the entrance to the community

Comprehensive guides to the villa facilities are left for you in your welcome pack and any questions can be dealt with when a member of our team makes a personal visit at the first convenient opportunity.

Our location has also proven to be a popular home base for our clients due to its convenience to all the major Central Florida theme parks, include Walt Disney World, Universal Theme Parks, and Sea World.
